Etiquette is a lost art. Building Etiquette and Manners was established because we believe that it is possible to teach traditions that had once been passed down for generations. We also believe that society will be better for what we teach. BEaM works with children and adults, offering programs for all ages and situations. Our programs include dining skills, lunch interview techniques, workplace etiquette, and general social graces.

Events

Building Etiquette and Manners travels to civic locations across the Greater Hartford region, holding both one-time events and more involved courses that span several weeks. Some classes culminate in a formal dining event to practice and reinforce the curriculum.

Regardless of the length of the engagement, BEaM alumni of all ages find that they possess enhanced confidence. This sense of self-assurance often extends beyond the arena of etiquette and manners, helping to strengthen verbal and non-verbal communication skills in social situations.

If you are interested in having BEaM hold an event at your congregation, classroom or other location, please contact us link to Contact Us page to learn more about our available programs. BEaM also offers customized group and individual programs tailored to the goals of each student.
